Customer Service Advisor
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday (with an early Friday finish )
Salary: GBP26,000 to GBP30,000 per annum DOE


Our client is looking for a driven and personable customer service advisor to join their team. This is a busy phone based role, so you must have some experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

  • Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
  • Resolve customer equerries in a timely manner.
  • Answer any inbound calls.
  • Escalate customer concerns as required.
  • Manage and build customer relationships.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the Customer Services Manager.
  • Liaise with internal departments to improve quality

    Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor
  • Customer service experience in an office environment
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Confident talking on the phone and replying to emails.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Drive to succeed and progress.
  • Full UK licence
