As a Room Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your designated room, creating a nurturing and exciting learning environment for children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the developmental needs of your group. You Are:
A qualified Early Years professional (Level 3 or above) with experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
Creative and passionate about developing engaging learning experiences.
A strong communicator, adept at building relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Committed to upholding the highest standards of care, education, and safety.
