This is an exciting new role and would suit a creative individual, who enjoys creating new dishes and has the ability to work alongside development briefs. This posituion is open to a graduate through to a fully experiences Chef/Cook Benefits of the role: * Straight to permanent role * Monday to Friday position, working day shifts * Salary negotiable (dependent on experience) * Consistent Training and Development * Company Events * Company Pension * Free on-site Parking * A dynamic, friendly working environment The ideal candidate will possess: * Previous experience working as a cook/chef * The ability to create menus/new dishes * Strong communication skills * Full computer literacy * Creative ability and a passion for food * Knowledge of food marketing would be advantageous Main Duties: * Assisting in the development of new products from concept through to launch * Creating and preparing balanced, delicious menus and recipes alongside specific briefs * Preparing samples and delivering professional product panels * Monitoring culinary trends * Contributing to seasonal reports * Organising and preparing product samples for customers * Ensuring accurate recording of recipes and methods for sustainable quality Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am 'til 5pm To apply for this position, please submit your CV, alternatively contact Owen Payne Recruitment
