Your role as an Estimator at Reds10: Independently produce and present robust, competitive, and considered budgets, cost plans and estimates for new projects across our various and exciting market sectors. * Input into the Reds10 Bid/No Bid Reviews. * Be aware of CDM 2015 * Maintain a tracker for tender queries and pursue responses. * Input into the personnel and resource trackers and manage your own time and day to day workload * Work with the Bid Manager to identify any pre-qualification requirements. * Identify and communicate with key supply chain partners to obtain cost and buildability advice. * Work with the Reds10 Golden Thread delivery system and provide cost plan updates as a response to design development, submit reports and participate in meetings. * Identify value engineering opportunities * Ensure organisation and administration of tender documents incl. enquiries, scopes, correspondence, and quotations with supply chain partners. The accountabilities as an Estimator at Reds10: * Production and presentation of Estimates and Cost Plans for Reds10 Projects, on time and in full. * Development and input into Pre-Construction Risk and Opportunity Registers * Building healthy, constructive, professional relationships with colleagues in Bid Management, Commercial, Technical and Procurement to drive improvement. * Comply with all Reds10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.
