HVAC Engineer Preston Up to £50,000 + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension Scheme + Sick Pay Your new company * One of the UK’s leading FM Service Providers Your new role * Covering a secure government site in Preston. * Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), natural gas installations, heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's, Air Conditioning systems etc.). * You will also be required to understand building control systems and BMS'. * Shift pattern, 4 on 4 off basis. What you'll need to succeed * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships * Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. * Must live within a commutable distance of Nottingham Relevant qualifications required as per below: * C&G Level 2 – 3 in Air conditioning and refrigeration. * FGAS and ODS desirable What you'll get in return * Industry leading training, support and career development with a company offering long term stability with a world class reputation.
