Events Sous Chef

BLW Recruitment are a local recruiter, with consultants having serviced the Cambridge market for 10 years. We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef on behalf of an events company in Cambridge. * £36k-£38k depending on experience * Seasonal position, offering great flexibility during the quieter months * Predominantly working day shifts during the week with events at the weekend * Working 5 days out of 7 based on 40 hour working week Candidate specification: * Previous Sous Chef experience in a similar environment * Comfortable using fresh food and ingredients daily, creating dishes from scratch and designing menus * A leader, someone who can run an event and lead by example, managing all aspects and ensuring delivery of great results as per the company's vision * Good knowledge of Food Hygiene, Allergens, recent certifications are a must * Showing stability within previous employment history Get in touch today for more information
