Requirements: * Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting. * Experience with SEND which could include ASD, complex needs, Speech and Language, PMLD * Primary curriculum knowledge * Be able to maintain high standards of health and safety. Essential Skills * Be Patient * Know how to differentiate: each child learns differently. * Maintain a flexible ‘can do’ approach. * Appropriately use recording and reporting processes whenever appropriate.
