We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a social housing provider, who are looking for a Responsive Surveyor to cover the Somerset/ Dorset areas. Day to Day: This role will require an experienced surveyor who has ideally worked in the Social housing sector previously.  Carrying out day to day repairs surveys, visiting properties in the South West.  Requirements (Skills & Qualifications): Surveying related qualification would be beneficial      Full UK driving licence      Experience of working in the social housing sector      Good building and technical background      Ability to assess and inspect the condition of a property      Ability to report on property maintenance and defects      IT Literate Please apply or contact Kirsty Rutlidge at Build Recruitment for further details.
