Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure our customers respond and go on to obtain the second charge mortgage product they require. You will also be responsible for making referrals (both internal & external) to our preferred partners when a first charge mortgage may not be a suitable option. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, be hard working and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment. Essential experience: GCSE Maths and English grade C or above Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets.
