Credit Controller £25,000 – £29,000 per annum NG8, Nottingham Full Time, Permanent Join our client's Finance Team in an innovative environment at NG8, conveniently located by the tram stop for easy commuting. As a Credit Controller, your role is pivotal in overseeing the sales ledger and implementing robust credit control measures for the business-to-business accounts. Your skills and contributions will be highly valued in this dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the Sales Ledger effectively. * Conduct proactive credit control for business-to-business accounts. * Follow up on overdue accounts via telephone communication. * Resolve invoice queries and account issues promptly. * Maintain comprehensive customer contact notes. * Issue weekly and monthly invoices and statements to customers. * Perform opening and vetting procedures for new accounts. * Generate weekly and monthly reports. Requirements: * Prior experience in credit control. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective issue resolution and relationship building. * Proactive and persistent problem-solving approach. * Professional demeanour. * Dedication to continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing processes and systems.
