Primary School Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with special education needs, and a dedication to fostering a positive learning environment.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each student
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- State teaching certification
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is a plus
