Civil Engineering & Groundworks Contracts Manager Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Southern England) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join a Civil Engineering & Groundworks Contracts Manager. Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple residential groundworks and civil infrastructure projects across the South Coast. Site Inspections: * Conduct regular formal inspections of construction sites. * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company Health & Safety procedures. 2. Project Management: * Oversee and manage multiple construction projects within the region. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements. 3. Financial Management: * Collaborate closely with the finance department to manage project budgets effectively. * Review and approve project expenditures to meet financial targets. 4. Personnel and Resources: * Program and allocate personnel efficiently. * Ensure adequate plant, labour, and subcontract resources are available to meet project timescales. 5. Technical Expertise: * Interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Ensure accurate construction in line with client requirements. 6. Client Communication: * Serve as the main point of contact for client communications regarding project progress and contractual matters.
