Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for a Consulting Account Partner - BFSI to join their business in the UK. Position Title: Consulting Account Partner - BFSI Position Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: London / Milton Keynes, UK Contact: Davor Molnar | +49 (0) (phone number removed) Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree from a leading school * Financial Services industry expert with specialization in one or more areas of Lending, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Insurance * Demonstrated experience in leading consulting engagements blending strategy, operating models, and technology, to delivering new age propositions across the business value chain. * Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail * Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results. * Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team. * English language fluent Preferred Qualifications: * MBA from a leading business school * 12-15+ years of consulting experience * Financial Services industry expert with specialization in one or more areas of Lending, Payments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Insurance * Strong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skills * Experience of working in Agile * Proficiency with Process modeling tools such as ARIS / Visio / Bizagi * Lean & Six Sigma Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory) * Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service. Personality and Interpersonal Skills * Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads. * A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team. * High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams. * Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives
