Customer Service Advisor Portsmouth Permanent £25,000 - £28,000 Torchlight Recruitment Solutions are actively seeking a Service Advisor to join our client based in the Portsmouth area on a permanent basis. You will be joining the largest motorhome dealership in the South, with a fantastic network of customers in Portsmouth and the surrounding area. As a Service Advisor you are often the first and most regular point of contact customers have with the company. Responsibilities • Meeting and greeting customers • Understanding customer service requirements and booking / Loading customer vehicles onto the workshop dealer management system. • Calling customers to gain authorization for the completion of work • Invoicing including explanation of all work undertaken to the customer • Explanation of the repairs and work completed on motorhomes to the customer on their return • Managing the process of customer vehicles from initial contact through to booking day • Creating job cards for technicians with the ability to explain in detail the job requirements • Answering emails and phone enquiries from customers • Entering warranty claims on the manufactures systems Other Information Monday-Friday 8.00 am-5.30 pm.
