We're working with an outstanding private client in Guildford who is looking for an individual with HCPC registration to work effectively as a clinician across the service - Low Secure, Locked Ward and Nursing Home - with complex and challenging patients with severe and enduring mental illness, cognitive deficits, and other conditions You will assess patients/residents and report on and develop Occupational Therapy treatment plans, including physical needs identifying interventions with patients and residents focusing on the maintenance of skills and quality of life.
