Digital Print Operative

XCL are working with a signage manufacturer based in Doncaster and are looking for a skilled Digital Print Operative to join our clients busy and growing team. The main purpose of this role will be to assist with the manufacturing of signage, operating digital print machines such as Zund and guillotines to manufacture the products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within digital printing and manufacturing
• Previous experience working with materials such as plastics
• Be involved with manual handling and moving stock around warehouse

Duties:

• To safely operate and maintain Digital Printing machines
• Operate cutting machines such as Guillotines in order to manufacture the products
• Work closely with supervisors and managers to ensure
• To have knowledge of different materials and understand the products
• Daily and weekly planning of work
• To input data onto systems and having the ability to use computer software and programs
• To be able to work with hand tools and knives when required to do so

Hours of work:

This role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, there will be no weekends involved.
