Flt Counterbalance Driver

We have a fantastic opportunity to work as an FLT operative based in Hixon!

Duties

• Operate milling machinery to process aluminium materials according to production requirements
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders
• Perform quality checks on processed materials and report any deviations from specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
• Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Required

• FLT Counterbalance license
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Organised / Methodical
• Team player
