We currently have a vacancy for a Public Information Assistant to join our Bradford Bus Station team. Are you an energetic friendly person who likes to help others? This role is highly customer focused, ensuring all enquiries are taken care off and the customer is assisted 100% of the time. You will be assisting the Bus Station Manager to ensure the station runs as smooth as possible, in the safest possible way, whilst also building a rapport with bus operators and keeping customers up to date with any delays. So if customer satisfaction is your goal, then this could be the role for you!
