Painter and Decorator

Job Overview
VEO is a dynamic, expanding maintenance business with operations spanning serviced apartments and food and beverage operations. We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for painting and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and apply paints and wallpaper, varnishes, and other finishes
- Mix and match colours to achieve desired shades
- Use brushes, rollers, or sprayers to apply paint
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
- Remove old paint to prepare surfaces for painting
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Qualifications
- Ability to drive to various work locations around Merseyside (predominantly the town centre)
- Strong communication skills to understand painting and decorating requirements
- Previous experience in painting is desirable but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From GBP15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Monday to Friday
