Our expertise spans across various technologies such as printers, customer engagement technology, handheld and mobile devices, security equipment, medical equipment, smart parking meters, and more.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer to handle installations, user training, and service & maintenance activities for our clients in the Yorkshire Region. Occasional national and international travel may be required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment within the Print on Demand industry, including photocopiers, colour laser/inkjet printers, production printers, and digital presses (Fujifilm, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Sharp, Canon). Excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a willingness to learn new and emerging technologies, are essential.
As this is a field service role, you will start and finish your days at home. There are ample opportunities for overtime, weekend standby, and out-of-hours project work with enhanced payments.
