Job Title: Assistant Site Manager / Site Supervisor - Social Housing (Kitchens & Bathrooms)

Location: Leeds

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager / Site Supervisor to support the delivery of kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes across social housing properties in the Leeds area.

You will be working with an established contractor, assisting the Site Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in social housing refurbishment who is looking to develop their career further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of site activities

• Coordinate trades and subcontractors

• Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times

• Conduct site inductions and tool box talks

• Liaise with tenants and ensure excellent customer service is maintained

• Support the Site Manager with progress reporting and quality control

• Monitor materials, deliveries, and site logistics

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within social housing, particularly with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments

• Strong knowledge of site health & safety

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card

• Full UK driving licence
