Level 3 Qualified Practitioner and Level 3 Deputy Room Lead

Are you a caring and committed Nursery Practitioner looking for a fresh opportunity in a well-established early years setting?

We re supporting an Ofsted-rated Outstanding day nursery in Earlswood, Redhill (as of March 2023), in their search for both qualified Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners to join their passionate and professional team.
What s on Offer:
  • Full-time roles: 42 hours across 4 days , offering a great work-life balance
  • Shifts are either 7:30am 6:00pm or 8:00am 6:30pm
  • Part-time options also available
  • A supportive, welcoming team in a highly regarded nursery environment
What You ll Be Doing:
  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Planning and delivering stimulating, age-appropriate activities
  • Creating a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment for children aged 0 5
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting children s individual learning and development needs
What We re Looking For:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A team player with a genuine passion for childcare
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
