Position: Multi Trade Operative

Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 Salary

Location: Wolverhampton

Contract: Permanent (PAYE)

Bonuses: Pension, Holiday Allowance + Van and Fuel Card

Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative (Electrically Qualified) based local to Wolvohampton to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across properties across the Midlands

Duties will include:

• Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance withing properties across the Midlands.
• You will be working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
• Works will be Basic Eectrical , basic Plumbing, Painting, Tieling
• You will also be required to carry out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.

Experience/Skills required:

• Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
• Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
• Diving licence is essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role.
• You will be required to have a full DBS carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered.

Hours:

• 40 Hours, Full Time.
