Days Monday to Friday - 44 hours per week

12.50 to 13.25 per hour

Factory work - cutting steel / bending steel bars

Ideally with experience - including steel cutting, steel bending or machine operating

As a General Operative you will be expected to do physical work.

Based in Swadlincote

Duties of a General Operative

• Making steel reinforced cages
• Cutting steel, bending steel and link bending
• Reading measurements / Understanding measurements
• Machine operating
• Steel experience preferred or factory / Machine operating experience
• Previous manufacturing and production knowledge an advantage

Working hours of a General Operative

Based in Swadlincote

7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday - 7am to 4pm Friday - plenty of overtime available in the week and weekends

Basic hours 44 hours per week
