Our client is growing and investing in its sales team in the north of England. Seeking a driven, technical, sales professional.

Your Role as an Area Sales Manager:

  • You will be covering a large territory and speaking with a variety of construction and building product manufacturers.
  • The role is predominantly new business, but you will keep some accounts to grow and develop further.
  • Dealing with orders values ranging between 1k - 100k with an AOV of 23k.
  • Managing sales cycle from sourcing the enquiry to quote conversion.
  • The territory covers from East Midlands and Yorkshire, up to and including Scotland.

Ideal Background for the Area Sales Manager:

  • You'll have existing construction building product sales experience.
  • Enjoy new business hunting and opening doors.
  • Able to work autonomously and develop your territory as you see fit.
  • A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK without restriction.

The Package for the Area Sales Manager:

  • 50,000 - 55,000 Basic salary
  • 10 - 20k OTE
  • Car Allowance
  • Pension & Benefits
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
