What You ll Own

Offline Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute offline-first campaigns that drive lead generation and brand visibility
  • Create structured outbound frameworks using OOH, direct mail, and print channels
  • Target cold prospects with innovative, tactile marketing approaches

Creative Messaging & Tactics

  • Build bold concepts that break through noise
  • Use a mix of physical mailers, brochures, inserts, print ads, local sponsorships, and field activity
  • Think beyond email, what will actually get noticed?

Targeting & Segmentation

  • Own segmentation strategy and uncover clusters that respond well to non-digital outreach
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure prospect feedback loops are built and insights are retained

Campaign Optimisation

  • Measure success across all offline tactics, from redemption rates to pipeline movement
  • Test, learn, and evolve your playbook to improve ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to align campaigns to pipeline priorities
  • Partner with digital, brand, and product teams to create integrated campaigns with offline at the core

We re Looking for Someone Who

  • Has strong experience in traditional offline B2B marketing, direct mail, print, field marketing, etc.
  • Knows how to design campaigns that support outbound sales and engage cold audiences
  • Brings creative thinking and enjoys rolling up their sleeves
  • Understands how to blend offline with digital when needed but offline is the priority
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment where they can own and shape their role
