The successful candidate will work alongside a team of engineers and BIM specialists, contributing to both new-build and refurbishment schemes. Baynham Meikle is looking for a Structural Technician with a minimum of five years' experience in a UK-based design consultancy. Revit experience is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of structural detailing and a proactive approach to project work. This role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is comfortable producing high-quality drawings in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need To Succeed

  • At least five years' experience in a UK structural design consultancy.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; strong Revit skills are a significant advantage.
  • Experience in concrete and steel detailing will be highly regarded.
  • Solid understanding of UK construction standards and detailing practices.
  • Ability to work from engineer s designs to produce clear, accurate technical drawings.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Educated to HNC/HND level (or equivalent).
