Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor.

This role is working for a local council who are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to help create thriving communities through outstanding housing and property services.

Start date : ASAP

Duration: Permanent

For this role the Maintenance Supervisor will be undertaking the following duties:

• Lead recruitment for the team as well as training and performance to ensure amazing service is being provided.
• Conducting property inspections and carrying out reports to ensure good quality work.
• Ensuring maintenance activities meet safety standards and quality benchmarks.

The Supervisor Maintenance Supervisor on this project must have:

• Proven experience managing maintenance or trade teams.
• Good understanding of property maintenance, repairs and improvements.
• Valid driving licence and vehicle for site visits.

Rates & Shift pattern:

GBP37,000- GBP41,000 (Depending on experience)

Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
