Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for commercial lead in Brentwood

Start date : ASAP

Duration: PERM

For this role, Commercial lead would be undertaking the following duties:

• Managing all commercial aspects of assigned projects, including procurement, valuations, change control, and final accounts

• Ensuring accurate cost control, forecasting, and reporting

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

• Contributing to process improvement and commercial best practice

• Supporting compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

All commercial lead on this project must have:

• Proven experience within the construction industry, ideally in Passive Fire Protection, however this is not restricted, M&E or drylining would be the closest trade to Passive Fire Protection.

• A background in quantity surveying or commercial management, ideally within the construction field.

• Strong knowledge of contracts would help (JCT and/or NEC preferred)

• Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Rates & Shift pattern:

GBP50,000 per annum (Mon - Fri)
