Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen and interview candidates across permanent, contract and temporary positions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initial brief to successful placement
Develop and maintain a robust candidate database and talent pipeline
Negotiate terms and conditions between clients and candidates
Achieve individual and team targets for placements and revenue
Stay current with industry trends and market conditions
Provide market insights and salary guidance to both clients and candidates
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Attend networking events and business development activities
Mentor junior team members (for senior positions)
