• Provide a focal point for marketing strategy ensuring that both internal and external resource partners deliver on their commitments to meet strategic and operational goals.
• Lead on the delivery of the day-to-day marketing of products and services across all platforms to ensure that the group meets all stakeholder marketing and communication needs.
• Oversee all promotional events and marketing activities with a particular focus on existing client retention and engagement.

Skills and attributes required:

• An appropriate qualification in marketing or siginificant experience in a marketing role.
• High standards when it comes to producing content
• Proven experience of effectively managing and motivating a team
• Ability to identify and contribute to operational plans and strategies.
