You will work alongside experienced class teachers to support learning, lead small group interventions, and take the lead in the classroom when required. This role is perfect for a confident graduate who is considering a future in teaching and is looking to gain real classroom experience.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a degree (2:2 or above)

• Have experience working with primary-aged children (in a school, tutoring, or mentoring setting)

• Be confident with behaviour management and classroom presence

• Have a positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills

• Be committed to supporting the academic and emotional development of pupils
