We are looking for an experienced NHS Administrator with a Smartcard to join a team based in Croydon.

This role is on a full time temporary basis until 21st of June 2024.

Responsibilities:

Booking patients in for Paediatric blood tests
Answering telephone inquiries and scheduling appointments using the Cerner system
Ensuring accurate and timely booking of patients according to healthcare protocols
Maintaining patient records and confidentiality in compliance with regulations
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient pathways and appointments

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in booking patients for medical procedures, preferably in paediatric settings
Proficiency in using the Cerner system for appointment scheduling
Possession of a Smartcard for access to healthcare systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and patient information management
