Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager Dublin Salter Grange is partnering with a leading main contractor delivering award-winning, design-led projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth in the Irish market, we re seeking a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile project in central Dublin. If you're an experienced construction leader with a proven track record in managing complex commercial or mixed-use developments from pre-construction through to handover this is a rare opportunity to work on landmark builds with a contractor known for quality and innovation. Role: Leading the full project life cycle, ensuring programme, quality, and commercial targets are met Managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Collaborating with design, commercial, and planning teams to achieve successful outcomesWhat We re Looking For: 10+ years experience in main contracting, including senior-level PM or Contracts Manager roles Background in complex, design-led commercial or mixed-use projects Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities Strong commercial awareness and understanding of Irish building regulations Degree-qualified or equivalent professional experienceInterested?
