What We re Looking For:

• 6+ months of paid care experience in the UK
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
• UK driver s license & access to a car for work
• A caring, positive attitude and plenty of patience
• Spinal Injury experience is a bonus, but not essential!

About The Role:
We are seeking Complex Care Assistants to support a client in Blackpool who needs compassionate care, 24/7. At Routes Healthcare, we re committed to providing care that enhances the lives of those we support and their families.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you ll support clients with long-term health conditions, provide clinically-led homecare , and assist with end-of-life care . Every care plan is tailored to meet the client s hobbies, activities, and daily routines.

Shifts: Flexible options available, with full-time or part-time opportunities! Speak to our recruitment team to explore various shift patterns.

• Competitive Pay: Up to GBP15.13 per hour (includes holiday pay). Pay rate varies based on care level and location.
