Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Pay: 53,053 per annum + Quarterly bonuses!
Hours: Full time

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

• Assist the Home Manager with the daily operations of the care home
• Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents
• Lead, supervise, and support the care team, ensuring best practices are followed

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

• Active NMC registration (PIN)
• Proven experience in a nursing home environment
• Previous leadership or management experience within a clinical setting
