I am recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for my client who are a growing business in Wembley
The role is office based Monday to Friday 9am 6pm
Salary is up to GBP33000 dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the processing of high-volume fortnight payrolls
Tracking, processing and amending holiday pay, Statutory Sickness Pay and other forms of leave such as maternity/paternity pay, etc.
Checking and validating information provided by the sites and ensuring all necessary documents are received on time and are in line with HMRC payroll guidelines.
Checking and validating new starter documentation
Ensuring all leaver documentation are received and made leavers in Iris Payroll.
Maintaining and tracking Right to Work documents.
Monitor the payroll mailbox and ensuring all queries are dealt with within a 24 hour SLA.
Attending to telephone payroll queries.
Essential requirements are:
1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume retail/catering environment.
Preferably have experience in Iris Payroll.
Passionate about a career in Payroll.
Resilient and Adaptable.
Pro-active attitude to work.
Good Excel skills.
Strong numeracy skills with good analytical mind.
Self-starter with good organisational skills being able to multitask, plan, prioritises and meets tight deadlines.
Ability to build strong business and human relationship at all levels and be a team player.
