Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Production/Process Engineer looking to join a well-established, market leading company where you will play an integral part in day-to-day manufacturing whilst being encouraged to progress your career.

Do you have experience in a Production/Process Engineering position focusing on driving product and/or process improvement? Do you have experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment?

This market leading business design, manufacture and service their own extensive range of equipment and are the pioneers in the industry. The company are able to offer ongoing training and development as the business looks to diversify and maintain their global expert status. They are now looking for a Production/ Process Engineer to join the journey.

The main purpose of this position is to drive product and process improvement across the existing product portfolio. You will need to liaise and support other sites and be wanting to play a critical role within a global business.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous Production/Process engineering experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment. You will need to be an ambitious candidate looking to play a pivotal role within a growing company.

The Role-

• Drive product and process improvement across the existing product portfolio
• Offer continuous improvement solutions to identify cost and time saving initiatives
• Drive team engagement and empowerment
• 40,000- 45,000 + Bonus + Progression + 25 days holiday + Excellent Benefits

The Candidate-

• Experience within a role which involves driving product and/or process improvements
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Must be willing to commute to Littlehampton, West Sussex
