Our client, a Principal Contractor specialising in interior/exterior construction and refurbishment of retail premises and commercial property, are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor close to their offices in Essex.

There are 4 operating divisions within the company, all offering the turnkey package from design inception to build completion. Our client is looking for somebody who has experienced working on smaller, fast tracked fit-out projects circa 250k to 3m in value.

Desired:

• Have or working towards a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Fit-out or construction experience
• Proficiency in construction software
• Organised and commercially aware
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ambitious and a team player.
