Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and MOT preparations ( MOT tester status is a bonus ).
  • Provide expert advice on repair options , ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist in developing and refining workshop processes to strengthen business operations.
  • Work proactively to enhance the reputation of the garage and build strong customer relationships.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment, tools, and garage software efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a qualified mechanic.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills , with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment .
  • A proactive mindset ready to be part of an independent garage striving for growth.
  • Relevant qualifications ( NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent ).
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
