CNC Machinist

We re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with solid manual grinding skills to join our clients expanding team. If you're hands-on, detail-focused, and take pride in producing high-precision components, we want to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:

• Operating and programming CNC machines (mills/lathes) to produce precision-engineered parts

• Carrying out manual surface and cylindrical grinding to fine tolerances

• Reading and working from engineering drawings and technical schematics

• Performing in-process quality checks using a range of inspection tools

• Troubleshooting minor issues with tooling, setups, or programs

• Contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment

We re Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (3 years preferred)

• Strong manual grinding experience surface and/or cylindrical

• Familiarity with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens)

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and measure to tight tolerances

• A keen eye for detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
