I am seeking a proficient Power BI Developer to join my clients in-house team. This individual will be tasked with creating, upholding, and providing support for their Power BI-based Business Intelligence solution. Collaboration with business users to grasp their needs and transform them into useful reports and analyses will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with our stakeholders to collect, comprehend, and articulate their needs effectively.
Develop, uphold, and bolster Power BI reports while ensuring adherence to governance standards.
Foster collaboration with stakeholders and team members to ensure the implementation of reliable solutions.
Stay abreast of the newest advancements in Power BI and related tools.
Offer training and assistance to empower self-service users in crafting their own solutions.

Key Skills and Experience:
Skilled communicator, capable of confidently presenting to small to medium-sized audiences.
Aptitude for comprehending business procedures and converting them into outcomes.
Effective collaboration within teams or independently when necessary.
Capacity to manage both project requirements and support tasks effectively.
