Your duties will include sourcing suppliers, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
Create and manage purchase orders and maintain procurement records
Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Resolve issues with suppliers related to delays, pricing, or quality
Qualifications:
Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
