This role offers an excellent opportunity to support children and young adults and provide vital assessments and interventions. About the Role:

• Deliver high-quality social work services tailored to children and young adults
• Conduct assessments, care planning, and reviews to safeguarding
• Work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support
• Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant legislation
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For:

• Social Work Degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 2+ years post-qualifying experience working with children and families in the UK
• Registered with Social Care Wales
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS
