The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced
Programme Planner
to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to a Director, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising project and resource schedules to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project & labour schedules using MS Project.

Monitor and adjust resource allocations to ensure optimal project delivery.

Liaise with project managers and site supervisors to ensure accurate and timely updates to schedules.

Anticipate and resolve resource conflicts or scheduling issues.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Support in the continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.
Requirements
-
Proven experience in a similar planning or scheduling role within construction or a related industry.

Proficient in
Microsoft Project
(essential).

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
