CNC Operator

We are working with an established engineering company based in Norwich who are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern CNC equipment, including Haas 3- and 4-axis machines, within a supportive environment that encourages career development.Monday to Thursday: 2pm until 10:30pmFriday: 1pm - 6:30pmOvertime regularly available, paid at time-and-a-halfThe Role

Setting and operating CNC milling machines (predominantly Haas 3- and 4-axis)
Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
Working to tight tolerances and carrying out quality inspections
Supporting production targets and collaborating with the wider team

Development & Progression

Ongoing training provided, including 5-axis and horizontal machining
Opportunity to learn CNC turning with the option to earn a multi-skilled rate
Clear progression routes within the business

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
Experience with Haas controls advantageous but not essential
Able to confidently read and work from engineering drawings
