My client is an established engineering manufacturing firm based in Redditch, commutable from Solihull, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Studley, and Henley-in-Arden. They are currently looking for an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join their growing team.

The Role: CNC Milling Operator

Operate CNC 3/4-axis Milling Machines
Load and unload components
Run existing programs on Fanuc-based controls
Monitor machine operations and ensure parts meet quality standards
Use measuring equipment to check dimensions against engineering drawings
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including swarf removal and routine machine cleaning
Follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures

Minimum Skills / Experience Required: CNC Milling Operator

Proven experience operating CNC 3/4-axis Milling Machines
Familiarity with Fanuc controls
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience in precision engineering and working to tight tolerances desirable
Previous work in the Aerospace or Automotive industry advantageous
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions

The Package: CNC Milling Operator

Starting rate up to GBP14.50 per hour negotiable dependent on experience
Choice of shift (you can choose either days, afternoons or nights) Mon Fri Flexible Shift Pattern
