Production Planner

Location: Cambridge (CB5) Duration: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Salary: 30000 Job Reference: 35797 We're seeking a Production Planner to join our Cambridge based client. You will manage materials and production planning, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while balancing cost, risk and lead times. Responsibilities: Maintain and improve MRP system accuracy Plan production orders aligned with forecasts and capacity Manage supplier relationships and resolve material availability issues Monitor inventory and place timely orders Collaborate across teams to support scaling from prototype to production Communicate planning updates clearly and proactively Requirements: 2+ years in production planning or supply chain (electronics preferred) Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) Strong Excel and data analysis skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field preferred Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
