Order Management Specialist (German Speaker)

Our client is looking to add a B2B Order Management Specialist German Speaker (remote) to their customer service team.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end O2C process from order receipt, through to fulfilment, shipping, delivery and returns.

What would you do:

• Develop relationships with distributors across the EU and act as the face of the business
• Monitor product availability and communicate any issues around shortages, cuts and potential backorders
• Track the customer order journey against an agreed set of KPIs and SLA
• Contribute to process development and continuous improvement within customer service itself

What do you need to succeed:

• 1 year of previous experience in order management/order processing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Excel
• Organised, accurate who is able to work as part of a team
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and German
