Job Title: Warehouse OperativeLocation: EH48 2FBStart Date: ASAPContract Length: 12 weeks- Temporary initially opportunity for PermanentPay Rate: GBP14.68 per hour until 10pm/ GBP18.35 per hour after 10pmWorking Hours: Wednesday - Sunday 4pm - 12amHours may vary and overtime may be required Please note that you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle as there is NO public transport to the warehouse. Join a fast-paced distribution centre as a Warehouse Picker/Packer! Main duties:
  • Picking and packing supermarket orders efficiently
  • Working in a cold environment- Chilled/Refrigerated area
  • Operate barcode scanners or handheld devices to track inventory and ensure correct picking.
  • Handling heavy lifting as part of the job
  • Working as part of a supportive team
Key Skills:
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
  • Being able to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and keep track of orders
  • Efficiently managing time ensures that tasks are completed promptly.
  • Reliable and able to work the rotating shift pattern
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous warehouse experience
